There are 6 pillars to our cancer fight and cancer prevention strategy. While nutrition is the cornerstone, 5 additional areas need our attention in order to effectively fight active disease and ultimately remain cancer free. It is not our intention that you address these areas only in the short term but rather to adopt better habits and practices in these areas that you will employ in varying degrees for the rest of your life.
Nutrition was the cornerstone of Cynthia's healing. We teach fighters and survivors how to incorporate good, solid nutritional choices into their daily wellness regimen.
Our body is adversely effected by chronic stress. We teach fighters and survivors tools and interventions that help them manage ever-present daily stress in a more productive and healthy way.
Good Restorative Sleep
Our body heals as we sleep so good, restorative sleep is essential for healing and wellness. We teach fighters and survivors tools that promote good quality sleep nightly.
Exercise and Movement
Studies show that 30 minutes of moderate exercise/movement a few times each week promote healing and wellness. We teach fighters and survivors ways to incorporate movement into their daily plan.
There is significant research that we are surrounded with household and personal products that may be harmful to us and detrimental to our health. We teach fighters and survivors what products to avoid.
Find Your Tribe
Studies show that people who are connected to a support system in their community do better than those that isolate. We help our fighters and survivors create the support system they need to heal.
