Cynthia's Plan for Healing and Wellness

While I don't pretend to know exactly what caused my cancer, none the less I was VERY willing to take an honest look at how I was living.  I found that there were a few areas where I wasn't helping myself live my best life. 

At MPoWR St Augustine we focus on 4 main pillars of healing and wellness: Nutrition, Stress Reduction, Exercise/Movement, and Good Restorative Sleep


We Eat for Fuel and Wellness, NOT Entertainment

Good, solid nutritional choices are the cornerstone of healing and long term health. I adopted a heavily plant-based diet, learning how to make vegetable based juices and smoothies.  I greatly reduced my simple carb and sugar intake,  flushed my body with 64 oz of alkaline water daily,
