4 Day Radical Remission Workshop for Healing

Using the Radical Remission survivors as our guide, we build on their habits and practices to develop our own personal roadmap for healing and wellness.  We focus on nutrition, stress management, exercise and movement, cultivating positive emotions, developing a community for healing, restorative sleep, and so much more.  We also introduce various non-traditional healing modalities, many with local experts in an interactive, experience-based setting.  These include sound therapy with singing bowls, Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), Rebounding (lymphatic release), Reiki (energy healing), Yoga, Sauna, meditation, journaling, breath work and BioMat healing.   Potential add-on experiences include massage, Salt Cave healing,  and sunrise paddle boarding meditation.  Attendees will leave with a detailed personal guide for wellness that they can implement upon their return home.  Price is for workshop only, lodging and meals are not included.  Limited rooms have been blocked at Embassy Suites at a reduced rate.  Additional local hotels and local VRBO and Air BnB properties are also available.  Location is easily accessible to many local restaurants and is only 7 minutes from Old Town St. Augustine.
